This is an application by the Appellant/State seeking stay of impugned Judgment and Award dated 7 April 2010 passed in LAR No. 521 of 2002 by the Civil Judge, Sr. Division, Barshi (Refrence Court). The application is filed in December 2010. There is no clear information available as on today, whether the amount under impugned award is deposited by the Appellant/State or not. We are in the year 2024. No orders are passed in this application. Not even notices are issued.

2. In that view of the matter, this civil application is disposed of with liberty to the State to file appropriate application, if need so arises. All the parties to act on duly authenticated/digitally signed copy of this order.
