This writ petition is pending for admission from the year

2017.

2. Writ petition challenges the impugned judgment and order

dated 9 March, 2017 passed by the Small Causes Court, Bandra

Division, Mumbai.

3. On 16 January, 2024 when the matter was called out, none

appeared for the petitioner. Even today when the matter was

called out, nobody appears for the petitioner.

4. Hence, as a matter of last chance, matter to come up on

board on 6 February, 2024 under the caption of 'dismissal'.
