Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the execution of the sentence imposed on the applicant is suspended subject to deposit of an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, within three weeks from today, before the appellate court and the applicant be released on bail on P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of like amount.

The bail bond be furnished before the court concerned.
