1. Heard Mr. Nangare, learned Advocate appearing for the applicants.
2. He submits that in all 17 Appeals are filed, which are pertaining to same Award. In connected Appeals this Court granted stay to the judgment and award passed by the Reference Court on condition to deposit 50% of the awarded amount within a period of 12 weeks. He submits that same course may be followed in present case.
3. Considering submissions advanced and previous orders passed by this Court dated 13.06.2024 in Civil Application No.10694/2022 in First Appeal No.565/2023, there shall be interim stay to the judgment and award under Appeal subject to condition that appellant deposits 50% of the awarded amount within a period of 12 weeks from today.
4. Civil Application is disposed of.
