1]            Without prejudice to the rights of the parties,

the petitioner submits that in terms of the judgment in the case of Priyanka Vs. Santoshkumar, reported in 2022 DGLS (SC) 1820 the petitioner be permitted to file an application under section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2] Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh application under Section 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in terms of the judgment in the case of Priyanka Vs. Santoshkumar [supra]. If such application is filed, the concerned Court to decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

3] List this matter on 18.09.2024.
