at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief and
particularly, in view of settled legal position of law that, a judicial Order
cannot be challenged under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in view
of the constitution bench judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of
Naresh Mirajkar Vs. State of Maharashtra, reported in AIR 1967 S.C. 1, and
reaffirmed in the case of A.R. Antulay Vs. R.S. Naik & Anr., reported in
(1988) 2 S.C.C. 602, he seeks leave to withdraw the Petition unconditionally.
Leave granted.
