Writ Petition No.7366 of 2023 filed by the Contempt Petitioner in Contempt Petition No. 423 of 2024 and Writ Petition

No. 11435 of 2023 filed by Contempt Petitioner in Contempt Petition No. 425 of 2024 was allowed by common judgment and order dated 11 September 2023 and based on this order, Writ Petition (Stamp) No. 12012 of 2023 filed by Contempt Petitioner in Contempt Petition No. 424 of 2024 was also allowed by order dated 3 October 2023, directing the Deputy Director of Education to include the names of the Petitioners in Shalarth ID system. As regards these Petitioners the order is not complied with. Hence, the Contempt Petitions.

2. The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that as regards Vaishali Pratap Pathak, she had filed Writ Petition No.11768 of 2022 which was also disposed of by the said common judgment dated 11 September 2023 and the Contempt Petition filed by that Petitioner was disposed of on 25 July 2024 as the order was complied with.

3. The learned AGP would take instructions as regards the present contempt petitions for compliance. Stand over to 12 August 2024.
