3. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 30th November 2023.

4. In the meantime, there shall be stay on the judgment and order dated 2nd May 2023 passed by the City Civil Court at Mumbai in Commercial Suit No. 304 of 2021 subject to the condition that the appellants shall deposit half of the decretal amount, except interest, with the Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court within a period of 2 (two) months from today.

5. The amount to be deposited by the appellants under this order shall be invested in some term/fixed deposit in a nationalized bank.
