 ORDER :

. For the reasons to be recorded separately, following operative order is passed.

ORDER

A. The writ petition is partly allowed.

B. The impugned judgment and order is quashed and set aside.

C. The respondent/Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue certificate of validity to the petitioner as belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' (Scheduled Tribe), which shall be subject to final outcome of the matters which the Committee has reopened of the validity holders.

 D.       The learned A. G. P. shall immediately communicate

this order to the Scrutiny Committee.

E. The petitioner shall not be entitled to claim equities.

F. The writ petitions are disposed of.
