in this transfer application is whether a complaint filed under

Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence

Act, 2005, before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Cantonment

Court, Pune, can be transferred to the Family Court at Pune.

2. Let the learned Counsel for the parties furnish brief propositions

with supporting judgments by the next date.
