1. When the matter is called out, Ms.Preeti Gada, learned Counsel

appears for the Plaintiffs and submits that the claim is against the

Defendants who have been declared as insolvent. Learned Counsel

submits that this is a pure and simple money claim and in the light of

the law settled by a Division Bench of this Court, this Court can

entertain the suit and pass appropriate orders after examining the

affidavits of evidence and compilation of documents.
