In view of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ramakrishna Mission and another V/s. Kago Kunya and others reported in (2019) 16 SCC 303 the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy. Writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. All points are kept open.
