1. At the instance of both the State and MHADA we clarify the last sentence of paragraph 83 of our judgment dated 15th September 2023. The last sentence is clarified to read thus:
"We clarify that this liberty to MHADA to proceed is of course subject to the outcome of the separate Writ Petition (L) No. 579 of 2020 filed by MHADA against State Government".
