ORDER :

1. The Arbitration Appeals are challenging the judgment passed

by the lower Court in the Petitions filed under Section 9 of the

Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Petitions were originally

filed as Commercial Arbitration Petitions. Hence, the above Arbitration

4,5,6-ARA 37.2023 with IA 1551.2023 and Ors..doc

Appeals are required to be placed before the Commercial Appellate

Bench of this Court under Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act,

2015.

2. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to place the Arbitration

Appeals before the Commercial Appellate Bench.

3. The Registry shall accept a second set of the Commercial

Arbitration Appeals being filed before the Commercial Appellate Court.
