Bhatia, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, appears through video

conferencing and seeks some more time.

2. Although Mr.Kedia, learned Counsel for the Respondents no.1

and 2, does not raise any particular objection, however, it is observed

from the proceedings that on 5th October 2023, this Contempt Petition

was heard at length. However, at the request of the learned Counsel

for the Petitioner, to furnish judgments in her favour, time was granted.

Again, on 19th October 2023, time was sought.

3. Today, when the matter is listed, again time is being sought.

4. As and by way of last chance, list on 5th December 2023.

5. It is made clear that, if no judgments are furnished on the next

date, this Court will proceed to pass appropriate orders.
