1. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for the applicants to place on record the communication dated 24-8-2017 that has been referred to in Para 3 of the Judgment dated 6-7-2022 of which review is sought. This is for the reason that in the light of that communication, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Akola had replied to the same on 1-1-2022 on the basis of which the writ petition was disposed of.

2. Stand over to 9-6-2023.

3. Till that date, the non-applicants shall not further prosecute the contempt petition filed by them.
