asked for by this court on 6th March 2023 they have been able to obtain six.

2. Mr. Narichania, on instructions, state that their information from

the registry is that reply filed by the government in writ petition no. 4184 of

AMOL 902 FA 602.2021.odt

1995 and review petition no. 685 of 1999 is not available. Mr. Patil states that

the said documents have been destroyed.

3. Hence, the matter closed for judgment.
