                                               1]                           Heard Mr. Renu, learned counsel for the
                                               petitioner.


                                               2]                           The           petition              alleges              contempt                   of        the

direction contained in the judgment dated 18.2.2015 passed in Criminal Application Nos. 40/2015 & 48/2015. The judgment directs the taking of the voice samples of the respondent no.1 herein in accordance with law, provided the respondent no.1 voluntarily offers the sample.

3] A reply has been filed by the respondent no.2, which indicates that the respondent no.1 has denied to give his voice sample, which would indicate

that there is no voluntary offering as contemplated by the judgment dated 18.2.2015.

4] In that light of the matter, considering the express language of the judgment dated 18.2.2015, I do not find that any violation of the order has been committed by the respondent no.1. The contempt proceedings are therefore dropped.
