1. These matters are covered by our judgment in Adityaraj Builders v State of Maharashtra1 in Writ Petition No. 4575 of 2022 delivered on 17th February 2023. The Petitions are disposed of in those terms.

2. In view of disposal of Writ Petition No. 1592 of 2018, Interim Application (L) No. 8968 of 2020 pending therein also stands disposed of.
