Mr. Abhyankar, learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. The petition challenges the order dated 08/07/2021, passed below Exh.16, an application under Section 73-A of the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950, for intervention in Change Report Inquiry No.2256/2018, which has been rejected. Mr. Sudame, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has filed the judgment dated 20/02/2023 in Change Report Inquiry No.2256/2018, by which, change report has been accepted. In view of which, it is apparent that the challenge in the present petition has become infructous. The petition is disposed of as infructous. No costs.
