1. A praecipe is moved for withdrawal of the Writ Petition. The

learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in fact, the matter

ought to have been filed before the Aurangabad Bench, as the

judgment of the Nandurbar Committee is assailed.

2. The learned Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition

with liberty to avail the remedy before the Aurangabad Bench.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

4. The Petitioner may file Writ Petition before the Aurangabad

Bench, as may be permissible.
