. The grievance of the Petitioners is that land of the

petitioners is not acquired. There is remark entry of the

project affected persons, into the 7/12 extract of the land

described in prayer clause (b) of the Petition. Mr. Bhangoji

seek to rely upon various judgments of this Court on this issue

and submitted that the issue raised by the Petitioners is

already concluded by these Judgments. Learned AGP for the

State seeks time to make statement by taking the instructions.
