1. By preferring this appeal, appellant has challenged the Judgment and Award passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in Land Acquisition Case No.32 of 2014.

2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

3. Learned AGP Ms. Haider, waives notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Civil Application (CAF) No.1455/2022

1. On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest including the statutory benefits within ten weeks, the implementation, execution and operation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in land Acquisition Case (2) 44.fa.585.2022

No.32 of 2014, be stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

2. On failure to deposit the amount, stay granted will be vacated automatically without reference to the Court.

3. Civil Application is disposed of.
