 1.       Heard.

2. Learned Counsel for the appellant states that he would not file

private paper book as he would be submitting compilation of

documents. Learned Counsel for the Respondents has no objection. Let

the compilation of documents be filed within a period of two weeks.

INTERIM APPLICATION NO.1071 OF 2022

1. This is an interim application seeking stay on the execution of the

Judgment and Award dated 4th October, 2019 passed by Motor Accident

Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.606 of

2015. Learned Counsel submits that the entire decretal amount has

already been deposited before the MACT, Mumbai. On 2 nd April, 2022

an interim stay was granted. Learned Counsel submit that the stay can

be extended till the final disposal of the appeal and the stay application

may be disposed.

2. Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the

application, let the execution of the impugned judgment be stayed till

the final disposal of the Appeal.

3. The Interim Application stands disposed.
