1. This is an appeal impugning judgment and award dated 21 January

2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai ("MACT,

Mumbai") in claim application no. 1914 of 2008 for enhancement of

compensation.

2. Ms. Chavan, learned Counsel for the Appellants would submit that

deceased was self employed and doing zariwork. She submits that despite

the fact that returns prior to her death were filed, the said income has not

been considered by the Tribunal.

3. Having heard Ms. Chavan, learned Counsel for the Appellants and

having perused the impugned order, issue notice to the Respondents,

returnable on 12 July 2023. Private service is permitted in addition. Let
