dated 12th August, 2022 passed by the District Judge, Kolhapur in Civil

Appeal No.292 of 2015.

submit that two orders of the lower courts have dismissed the suit despite

their being material alterations in the property in question.

3. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having

perused the application, issue notice to the Respondent returnable on 3 rd
