1. In the meantime, subject to deposit of 70% of arrears as on date, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and order dated 09.11.2012 passed by learned Family Court No.4, Nagpur below Exh. 28 in Petition No. E- 596/2018.

2. It is made clear that for the future, the applicant shall continue to deposit the maintenance as ordered by the Family Court. The arrears be deposited within 15 days from today.
