The Appellant has been convicted for the offence under Prevention of

Corruption Act vide Judgment and order dated 23 rd December, 2005. The

Appellant is a senior citizen aged around more than 70 years. Vide order

dated 26th July, 2022 this appeal was directed to final hearing on 20th

August, 2022. Since it was not listed on 20th August, 2022, vide
