1. This is an application for fixing the appeal for hearing. Applicant is convicted for the offence u/s.354 and 506(I) of IPC and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for two years and one years respectively vide judgment and order dated 18 th January 2005. Advocate for applicant submitted that on account of conviction applicant has been dismissed from service. He is aged about 57 years. He is suffering from heart ailments.

2. Considering the fact that appeal is pending since 2005, appeal be listed for hearing on 26th July 2023 at the bottom of admission board. Interim Application is disposed off.
