It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the judgment of this Court in Shreyas Deorao Katole Vs. The Committee for verification of Tribe Certificates [Writ Petition No. 3150/2022] decided on 12/4/2023, the said petitioner who is the real brother of the present petitioner has been issued validity certificate on 30/6/2023. In this backdrop, the petitioner seeks issuance of provisional validity certificate. 2] Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 13/7/2023. 3] The learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for the respondent. Instructions be obtained with regard to the issuance of validity certificate to the petitioner in the light of the adjudication of Writ Petition No. 3150/2022.
