Heard Mr.Khare, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petition challenges the order dated 18/4/2023 by which an application for condonation of 692 days delay in filing appeal against the judgment dated 01/7/2017 in MJC No.47/2013, seeking restoration of the suit which was dismissed in default has been rejected.

2. Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 24th July, 2023.

3. The petitioner shall serve the respondent by all modes permissible in law, including hamdast.
