In a case of otherwise termination on 14.10.2017, the application for condonation of delay of 34 months has been allowed by the learned School Tribunal, Nagpur by the judgment dated 23.11.2022. It is contended, that the impugned judgment does not record any reasons for condoning the delay.
2. Issue notice to the respondents for final disposal of the matter, returnable on 06.02.2023.
3. Ms. Barabde, learned AGP waives notice for the respondent No.2/State.
4. Till the returnable date the impugned judgment is hereby stayed.
