1. The short question which arise for consideration of this Court
is whether property of the Petitioner if acquired by private
negotiation, the Petitioner would be entitled to rental compensation,
by virtue of Government Resolutions dated 1st December 1972, 7th
September 1977 and 24th March 1988.
2. Ms. Talekar, learned counsel for the Petitioner placed reliance
on the Judgment delivered by single Judge of this Court in case of
Motiram Vs. State of Maharashtra, 2017(4) Mh. L.J. 627 and also

various other judgments annexed to the Writ Petition.
3. Mr. Tapkir, learned counsel for Respondent No. 5 seeks time on
the ground that he has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent
No. 5 recently and seeks time to take instructions.
