The trial Court by the order dated 25/3/2022 (page 89), while allowing Exh.5, restrained the petitioner from renewing the license in respect of country liquor in the name of the partnership firm M/s K.V.G. Liquor in the name of defendant No.1 in the suit. The appellate Court in the impugned judgment has dismissed the appeal. It is contended that by this action unnecessary loss is being caused to the petitioner and proceeds of license shall be kept.

2. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 30/01/2023 and the respondents be served by all modes permissible in law.
