1. Heard Ms. Winy Daigvhane, learned Advocate holding for Mr. H. D. Dangre, learned advocate for the applicant.

2. Issue notice for hearing at admission stage to the non-applicant.

3. The order granting maintenance to the non-applicant has been challenged in this revision on various grounds. It is submitted that considering the proved source of income of the applicant, the maintenance quantified by the learned Judge of the Family Court is excessive. In order to substantiate the submission, my attention is drawn towards the relevant part of the impugned judgment. The maintenance amount is ordered to be paid from the date of the petition i.e. 23.01.2015.

4. In view of the above, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and order dated 07.09.2022 passed by 2 7 revn301.22.odt

the learned Judge, Family Court No.4, Nagpur, subject to the condition that the applicant shall pay the maintenance in terms of this order @ Rs.3,000/- per month and clear all the arrears within 15 (fifteen) days from today.

5. Stand over after four weeks.
