     PER COURT :-

1. Mr. Tekale, learned counsel for respondent No.2 sought

the circulation in this matter and would submit that the notice

was served upon the learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the

complaint was filed in the year 2009. Two concurrent

judgments are in his favour, but still he is running pillar to post

for the money which he paid to the complainant. The learned

counsel for the applicant was so much aggressive contending

that wrong practice has been developed to make the

allegations against the lawyer. The business out of the Court

has no concern with the present case. However, a request of

the learned counsel for the applicant is accepted and time is

granted to him with a word that he would work out the matter

finally on the next date.

2. Hence, list the matter for final hearing out of turn on

30.01.2023.
