2. Relying on the decision in the case of Chandiram Ahuja, V/s. Akola Zilla Shram Wahatuk Sahakari Sanstha 2013 (1) All M.R. 137 The learned Appellate Court, has held that a tenant can be evicted for breach of provisions of Section 15(1) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act independently and in that event, the procedure contemplated under Section 15(2)(3), may not apply.
