                   P.C.:

1. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. It is submitted that the petitioners had earlier filed original application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and the same was disposed of in the year 2013. The Tribunal has directed payment of amount of provisional pension and did not accept the prayers of the petitioners in toto.

3. The judgment of the Tribunal has become final. The same is not subject matter of challenge in the present writ petition also. In view of that, the present writ petition cannot be entertained. The petitioners may take appropriate steps as may be permissible in law.

4. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
