                                                                           CORAM : AVINASH G. GHAROTE, J.

1] The petition challenges the order dated

8.7.2014 passed by the Tahsildar, Daryapur (pg.40); the order dated 20.4.2015 passed by the SDO, Daryapur (pg.44); the order dated 15.7.2016 by the Additional Collector (pg.45) and also the order dated 31.3.2022 by the Divisional Commissioner, all of which refused to take an entry in the 7/12 extract regarding the pendency of RCS No. 116/2013, in respect of which a notice of lis pendens has been registered with the Sub-registrar.

2] The matter is covered by the judgment of the learned Division Bench of this Court in Pramod Moreshwar Tattu vrs. SDO Baramati and others, 2018(6) MhLJ 785, in which it has been held that the recording of an entry of lis pendens in the record of right cannot form a part and parcel of contents of land record maintained under Section 148 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

                                  (2) 904wp590.23

3] Mr. Sadar, learned counsel for the petitioner

does not dispute that Pramod Moreshwar Tattu (supra) covers the position, considering which the petition is dismissed. No costs.
