The application seeks to add one Smt. Vijayatai w/o Digamber Tangadpalliwar as respondent No. 43. It is not disputed by Ms. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner, that the said person was not a party in Appeal Nos. 87/2018 and 88/2018, filed before the Joint Charity Commissioner, the common judgment passed wherein, is the subject matter challenged in the present petition. This being the position, I do not see any reason to allow the application, the same is therefore rejected.
