Common order Heard.

2. This application is opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioners contending that more than one years time has already been granted to respondent No.3 to comply with the judgment and order of this Court dated 27.1.2022. Therefore, he submits that no further time should be granted and if that happens the petitioners would be in a position to file contempt petition against the respondents. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has spelt out several difficulties which are given in detail in the application.

3. In order to strike a balance between right of the petitioners and duty of respondent No.3, we are of the view that by way of last chance further three months time can be granted to respondent No.3.

4. List the petitions after three months.
