3. A copy of the petition is being served on the learned AGP who waives service for the respondent-State.

4. The application today is for extension of the protection granted by the learned Member of the Industrial Court at Mumbai vide order dated 24 January 2023 whereby the impugned judgment and order dated 12 December 2022 was stayed for a period of two weeks from the date of the said order. It is stated that the stay would come to an end today.

5. Place the petition for admission on 28 February 2023.

6. Let a reply affidavit be placed on record before the adjourned date
