In view of the reasons stated in the application, subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation within eight weeks, if it is not already deposited, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 19.11.2014, passed by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldhana, in M.A.C.P. No. 22/2007 and order dated 15.2.2018 below Exh. 1 in Misc. Civil Application No. 2/2015.

The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
