The learned counsel for one of the Respondents in this group of petitions states that there are petitions filed at Nagpur and Aurangabad Benches of this Court challenging the judgment and order of the Tribunal impugned in these petitions. The learned AGP seeks time to take instructions, and if so advised, to make an application on the administrative side for clubbing all the petitions together. It is possible to take the matters for hearing through Hybrid mode/ Video Conferencing. Stand over to 5 September 2023.
