2. Leave to amend the application as the judgment and
order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Appellate
Court) dated 28.07.2023 is now available. Amendment to
be carried out within a period of one week from today.
3. I have perused the order of conviction of the trial
Court and as confirmed by the Appellate Court.
4. Learned APP invited my attention to the concurrent
findings recorded by the Courts below to submit that the

impugned orders do not warrant any interference in the
revisional jurisdiction.
5. My attention has been invited to the complaints which
have been made by the accused prior to the registration of
the FIR. Learned counsel for the applicant contended that
possibility of the false implication cannot be ruled out.
6. I find that an arguable case is made out.
7. Admit.
