CORAM : N.R. BORKAR, J.
DATED : 11 AUGUST 2023
P.C. :-
The only contention is that in terms of the Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajanish vs. Neha, the contesting Respondent ought to have filed the affidavit of assets and liabilities alongwith interim application for maintenance. The application was thus filed to reject the interim application on that ground. The trial court rejected the said application by the order impugned. The Petition is totally misconceived. No interference is called for in the impugned order. The Petition is dismissed.
