           .                The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners have

not received a notice under Section 16(2)(a) of the Maharashtra Project Affected Persons Rehabilitation Act,1999.

2. Mr.Deshpande, learned counsel for the Petitioners fairly states that the issue as raised in the present proceedings is squarely covered by our judgment rendered on the proceedings of Writ Petition Nos.8192 of 2022 in case of Dnyanu Bhiku Tanpure (since deceased) through LR's. Suresh Dnyanu Tanpure Vs. The Deputy Collector, Rehabilitation, Pune & Ors. decided on 19th July 2023.

3. We accordingly dispose of this petition in terms of the aforesaid judgment. No costs.
