"1. None for the Petitioner.

2. This is a Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India impugning the judgment and order dated 24th April 2018 passed by the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court in Revision Application No.40 of 2018 arising from Exhibit 11 in L.E.Suit No.25 of 2017 rejecting the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner against the order of the trial Court allowing the application of the Respondents in the Writ Petition and directing the Petitioner to pay arrears of license fees from February 2014 to October 2016 at the rate of 9 percent per annum to the Respondents. The Petitioner was also directed to deposit interim mesne profits of Rs.2,91,478/- till the conclusion of the trial.

3. This is a Petition filed in the year 2018 and does not appear to have been circulated till today. Since none appears for the Petitioner, as also no notice appears to have been issued, list on 27th July 2023 for dismissal."

2. Today, pursuant to the aforesaid order, the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. However, considering that there are heavy rains and concerned Advocates may not have been able to reach the Court, list this matter, once again, for dismissal on 3rd August 2023."

2. In view of the above order, the matter has been listed for

dismissal today. However, again today, none appears for the Petitioner.

Accordingly, Petition stands dismissed.
