By this application the respondent nos. 3 and 4 seek extension of time to pay the petitioner the amount of arrears of subsistence allowance. Pursuant to the order dated 22.06.2023 an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lakh) has been paid to the petitioner. The balance amount now due and payable is Rs. 6,79,000/-(Rs. Six Lakhs Seventy Nine thousand) as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In support of the application the documents are filed on record to indicate the reason for seeking extension of time.

2. Having considered the statements made in the application and the fact that time of three months that was granted by the judgment dated 23.03.2023 expired on 22.06.2023, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 are permitted to pay the petitioner the balance amount of arrears within a period of one month from today.

3. The civil application is disposed of.
