1. Heard.

2. The applicant has been prosecuted for the commission of offence punishable under Section 21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO Act).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner / applicant would submit that by virtue of order of this Court, the trial against the petitioner was stayed, however, the trial was conducted and concluded against the principal accused. The said trial resulted into acquital and therefore,

petitioner desires to produce the copy of Judgment and order of said decision.

4. We see no difficulty in accepting the documents.

5. Both applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly.

CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION NO.637/2016

6. Respondents Nos.4 and 5 are served on merit, however, they are absent.

7. Learned APP is requested to argue the matter finally on the next date.
